Many people write the CVs for themselves which is why I don’t understand what they have written.
If you understand that the CV is for the hiring manager such as myself then you would:
- Tailor it to fit the role that you are applying for
- Make sure that it is easy to read with proper paragraphs and enough white spacing
- Check the spelling and grammar so that there are no silly mistakes
Do these 3 things and your chances of being shortlisted will be more better.
