Deciding when to step in when you see there is a problem.
Too early and you are not giving them time to solve it. They might even say you are interfering. Menyibuk je la boss ni.
Too late and it might be too late. Cannot be helped anymore. Sudah terlambat. They might even say that you are not supportive.
So when is the right time?
Somewhere between too early and too late. You have to find that sweet spot. And it will be different for each of your team member.
