She emphasised the importance of understanding the persona of the people that you are interacting with.
Write down their characteristics, their personality, what they like, what they don’t like, their families, their hobbies and everything else that matters. Tulis dalam your notebook.
By knowing all these, it will help you in your communication with them and in building good working relationships with them.
