
There are 4 types of interview candidates that I see.
“The No”
No confidence, no competence
Not sure how this candidate get to see me. This one I will have a chat with my managers about their interviewing technique. Buang masa I je.
“The KIV”
No confidence, got competence
This one will go into the KIV list. It depends on the other candidates. Kalau tak de yg lagi best, then I will take this one because potentially coachable.
“The Goreng”
Got confidence, No competence
This one has the confidence and knows how to talk but when probed deeper cannot answer properly. Pandai goreng la this one but no substance. This one is no no no.
“The One”
Got confidence, got competence
This one is my dream candidate la. Have the skillset and the confidence during interview. Memang hire on the spot if I can.
So aim to be The One when you go for interview ya.
