He’s a big thinker.
He has a big plan and then work to achieve it. Jarang jumpa orang yang sewa a big office first and then look for people to hire. That’s what I call having guts and confidence that he will be successful.
Robin Yoo has already been very successful in the corporate world when he decided to go solo and set up his own company. Just before Covid hits.
Despite that enormous challenge, he continues to be successful and now his solo company dah tak solo anymore and he has a team of people working with him.
Listening to his story I am not at all surprised by his success. First factor as I have mentioned, he is a big thinker. Second factor is his can do attitude. What he doesn’t know he will learn how to do it. He didn’t know how to set up passwords for work laptops so he found out how from the internet.
Third factor is his kindness to people. We met in Starbucks and I can see how kind he is to the lady Starbucks person. That must be how he treats his team and clients.
Very happy that I get to kopi with Robin. Next time hopefully we get to go eat some nuggets.
