What can you do when you don’t have the right working experience?

It is not easy to change industry. You don’t have any experience in that industry and the employer need to be convinced to give you that first break into the industry.
So what can you do?
Besides highlighting what are your transferable skills, you also must show your 100% passion in the new industry during the interview.
