When I was working oversea, Mat Salleh cannot pronounce my name.
Az-har became Azar became Aza and finally became Az.
I didn’t even bother to explain how to pronounce Mohd.

When you are networking and meeting someone new, getting the name right is a must.
If you are unsure about the pronunciation, ask them to repeat it again.
If it’s a foreign name, boleh tanya the spelling

My name Azhar means flower in Arabic.
