In the Rear instead of Right ear.
I read about this in an article about hospital medication error.
It shows that a simple instruction can be misread by other people.
Sometimes we think kita punya emails and WhatsApp messages dah crystal clear but miscommunication can still occur.
I realised that it happens when we are in a rush, typing our ‘quick’ emails or WhatsApp masa tengah berjalan pergi meeting or while having lunch.
So be more mindful when you are in a rush.
You don’t want to cause the same miscommunication of R ear and Right ear.
