In this matrix, you have to categorise the tasks according to urgency and importance.
Kalau ‘urgent and important’ of course no brainer la.
Kalau ‘not urgent and not important’ also no brainer what you should do.
The problem is between the ‘urgent but not important’ vs ‘not urgent but important’.
We tend to do the ‘urgent but not important’ tasks first rather than ‘not urgent but important’ tasks. When we do this, the important tasks get delayed more and more, causing more problems later on.
So remember, prioritise the important tasks first.
