Let the other person speak.
Your role is to ask appropriate questions. And then to follow up with more questions related to what they have just told you.
That is the way how you keep a conversation going. Macam tu la orang borak-borak.
So instead of worrying about what you want to say next, instead pay full 100% attention to what they are saying and ask the appropriate follow up questions.
