I made many mistakes in the early part of corporate career.
1. Thinking that performance is all that matters for job promotion. Of course it’s not.
2. Not making any networks outside my team. Very silo mindset.
3. Not self investing in my personal development. Just waiting for my manager to send me to trainings.
4. Pressing ‘reply all’ by mistakes way too many times. It’s never a good thing haha.
So if you are just starting out, don’t do the same mistakes.
