
How does some people achieve so much in their life?
I remember when I was a junior doctor, one of my consultants in Bristol was a professor, busy doing research, also seeing lots of patients, active in sports and was also a member of a musical orchestra. I don’t know how he did it. I’m sure that his day must have 36 hours.
It’s all about effective time management. Allocating time to all the prioritised activities.
Kalau tak budget time betul-betul, then time just passes by while we scroll TikTok and watch another episode of Dubai Bling. Have to be a bit more disciplined with time.
For example, you can allocate set time for your activities.
I read in the morning and I set the timer on my phone to 15 or 30 minutes depending on how much time I have.
I give myself one hour for CrossFit from 6-7pm most weekdays unless there is some urgent work.
After dinner, I allocate 45-60 mins to write LinkedIn post or Newsletter or edit videos.
