Networking event is a nightmare for you introverts.
That is because you don’t have a plan for the networking event.
So I have one tip for you introverts out there on how to survive.
Make a networking plan.
Make a plan who you want to talk to during the event.
My advice is to focus on just one or two specific people that you know will be there. Cukup dah.
Then you won’t feel so overwhelmed.
People feel overwhelmed because they think they have to talk to everyone and everybody.
That will send shivers down the spine of introverts.
So therefore make a plan beforehand to just meet 1-2 people. If you can handle more, itu kira bonus la.
If you don’t get to meet the 1-2 people that is also ok. Tak apa. There will be another time.
It’s not the end of the world.
