Receptionist : (Surprised) Which part of the room?
Me : (Honest) All over the hotel actually.
Receptionist : (Stunned) Ohh. I will let the management know
I stayed at the ParkRoyal Langkawi a couple of months ago and was not fully satisfied with the quality.
ParkRoyal is a great brand. I regularly stayed in their hotel in Singapore and other cities. It has a certain image and quality and that was what I was expecting. Unfortunately yang Langkawi ni tak setanding dengan yang kat Singapore.
Similarly, we all have our own personal image and quality of work that people expect from us.
Make sure that we consistently deliver according to the expectation. If there is a dip in your quality of work make sure that it is only temporary ya.
