So there I was yesterday afternoon on a Sunday talking to a group of young eager healthcare leaders about leadership.
One thing we discussed is what are the more important leadership qualities.
For me, there are 3
- Ability to inspire and motivate others
- Protecting the team when needed
- Cultivating and nurturing future leaders
