3 things you must align with your manager
1. Personality
Understand what is the personality of your manager. An analytical manager will require a lot of details. Whereas a driving type of manager will want to see the bigger picture. Aligning this with your personality will ease your working relationship. Baru la senang sikit.
2. Performance rating
Performance rating has some elements of subjectivity to it. You must make sure that your own rating is aligned with how your manager rates you. If your manager’s rating is lower than yours, find out macam mana to increase the rating.
