How can introvert be seen at work?
You still have to be seen.
You still have to be heard.
Therefore make sure you dress the part. If you are a manager, then dress like a manager. So that when people see you walk into a room, they know that you are the manager.
In each meeting, make sure that you ask at least one intelligent question. One question that will make people think.
So kena la prepare siap-siap for the meeting. Read the pre-reads if there is one. And then prepare your question before you come to the meeting.
