It is sup ekor by the way in Bahasa Indonesia.
Bahasa Malaysia dengan Bahasa Indonesia lebih kurang je tapi banyak perkataaan nampak sama tapi maksudnya lain macam buntut, lumayan & senduk.
I’ve been in Jakarta for the last few days getting to know my Indonesian colleagues since I have a new responsibility of looking after the Indonesian market as well.
It’s been interesting to learn more about the country and understand the culture a bit more. There are more than 1300 different ethnic groups and more than 700 distinct languages being spoken in this country. Memang over here the culture is more rich and diverse.
In terms of healthcare, the challenges are similar to Malaysia to ensure that patients can get access to good healthcare. The additional problem here is the vast country size spread over 17,000 islands.
Looking forward to working with the team here in Indonesia to overcome these challenges. The good thing of working in the same company is that we have the same vision of ‘Transforming Lives For Generations’.
