I prefer guys in suits.
I usually don’t hire guys who come to interview not wearing a suit.

In my head I am distracted by the ‘why is he not wearing a suit for interview’.
Of course it is not a deal breaker.
You just have to extra wow me during the interview itself.

First impression matters a lot.
How you dress, how you greet the interviewer, your first smile, your small talk.
All that matters.
The interview starts the minute the interviewer set eyes on you.
So make it count
