I have done hundreds of interviews in my 20+ years career.
Some awesome, some good and some could be more better.
What is the major difference between the awesome and the ‘could be more better’ candidates?
The preparation that they did before hand.
The awesome ones came in well prepared to answer all the interview questions. Memang dah ready.
They planned already what achievement and success stories that they want to tell me. And they also know what to say in terms of their weaknesses and failures in the past.
And they have the right questions to ask me at the end, to show me that they have done their research about the company.
Interview questions are very predictable. There is only so much that an interviewer can ask in one hour.
