Only 3 people turned up but the show must go on.
Abby Zain, ET Mok, and Dr Avin Koh Ee-Hwan took time out of their busy schedule to come to the ‘Advanced Presentation’ training.
I focused more on vocal delivery and body language for this session plus giving them a lot of air time to do their presentations.
Each one of them has their strength.
Avin has very clear pronunciation when he speaks. Mok is a natural with her body language. And Abby has great connection with the audience with her stories.
They also have a particular area that I wanted them to focus on. Homework bawak balik rumah.
Mok has to work on reducing her filler words. Avin has to inject more intonation into his voice and Abby has to focus more on her storytelling without needing her slides.
The thing with presentation is we can always be more better.
We just need to practice more and get the right honest feedback to improve.
