I did something unusual recently.
I sent the interview questions beforehand to all the candidates. Soalan bocor!
I nak cuba try give them a more comfortable interview experience by doing that. I asked them to prepare to talk about themselves, their strengths and weaknesses, and also their future career plan.
Quite an interesting experiment I must say. Some were very well prepared, however I was surprised that some were still under prepared despite already knowing the questions already. Still tak berapa sure how to answer the soalan bocor.
My conclusion from this experiment is that knowing the interview questions is not that helpful if you still don’t prepare well on how to answer the questions. Preparing the answers, going through them with another person for feedback and rehearsing them is super important for a successful interview.
