How can this be improved to make sure that you select the best fit candidate? For example, for my team over time we have modified our interview process to also include a presentation and also a role play, to help us get to know the candidate more better.
– Onboarding Programme
How can this be improved to make sure that they get enough support during this early period? Do you have a buddy system? Is there a curriculum already written down to help them prioritise apa yang penting. We don’t want them to get overwhelmed by the different expectations.
– Career Pathway
How can this be improved to make sure that they understand what is the potential career pathway for them in the future. Some people leave because they think there are not many opportunities and they might get stuck in the organisation.
