Your CV is not a simple listing of your qualifications, jobs and acheivements.
It is a well crafted document to showcase yourself to the hiring manager.
Before you start writing your CV, think about who else are applying for the same job. Siapa lagi yang apply jugak?
For example if you are applying for an MSL role in a pharma company, your competitors will likely be doctors or pharmacists. Some with pharma experience, some with no experience.
Then think about 3 things that makes you more better than them.
For example, it could be that you have done an audit project in your hospital before. Not many people would have done that.
It could be that you did an internship for 3 months in a pharma company before. Not many people would have done that.
It could be that you are the editor of your hospital monthly newsletter. Not many people would have done that.
So think about 3 things that will make you a more better candidate than the rest and put that in the summary part of your CV.
