My answer about what to draw was fast and clear – The Gym.
My art teacher asked me what is my interest.
The other answer would have been ‘durian’ of course.
So she googled for me a colourful pop art image of 2 dumbbells for me to draw. Memang cantik.
My niece, the arty one, chose to draw Lapis Lazuli a character she loves from the Steven Universe series. Her sister, the make up artist, was just happy to paint whatever the teacher was telling her to do.
I am loving the class with Abby Zain I am there as the chauffeur for the kiddies but since I am there might as well indulge myself in the art class too. Abby is very experienced and has a lot of patience with the kiddies and their uncle
It’s very relaxing. Letting your imagination go with the flow, finding new colours that you haven’t seen before and seeing how it all comes together at the end.
Best of all is having the kids for 2 hours without any gadgets or candies and still they are happy and smiling at the end of it.
