I don’t agree with the ‘A’ in SMART objective.
A for Achievable
If we only aim for achievable objectives, how are we going to stretch ourselves?
Macam mana we want to encourage innovation and invent new things?
For example, how would you set an achievable goal for the NASA engineers working on space exploration?
They are exploring the limits of mankind and the projects that they are working on have never been achieved before.
Maybe it’s more better that A is labelled as ‘angan-angan’ to allow us to dream big.
