Challenge Your Own Comfort Zone

I’m going to climb Gunung Kinabalu in August. Pushing myself out of my comfort zone.

I go CrossFit regularly but Kinabalu is going to be uncomfortable

Do you have to do something big to push yourself out of your comfort zone?

For example, do a bungee jump? Terjun keluar dari aeroplane? Go to Annapurna Base Camp?

No it doesn’t have to be big things.

It can be small things.

It could be sitting at different seats when your office has a hotdesk policy. It’s a chance to meet new people.

It could be trying out raw Japanese sashimi for the first time. It’s a chance to learn about new culture.

It could be going to a networking event on your own. It’s a chance to test your elevator pitch.

We often think going out of our comfort zone is about doing big things.

Tapi sebenarnya there are many little things that you can do to push yourself out of your comfort zone.

Banyak benda boleh buat.
