Money can’t buy happyness but can more salary buy more job satisfaction?

It makes sense.
More salary, more comfortable, a more better life.
However for some, they want a job with more meaning. For them, lagi penting to have something with more purpose.
Why do I ask these questions?
Because sometimes people don’t really know what they want.
They think they do but when you probe deeper they are not sure. Then it makes it harder to plan their career. Susah sikit.
If it’s about making more money, then let’s follow a career path that can give you high salary.
If it’s about finding a more meaningful job, then let’s follow a career path that is more aligned with your values.
