How much is Grab from KL to JB?
RM 800!
Luckily it wasn’t me who needed to get from KL to JB urgently.
It was a Datuk from Mont Kiara whose driver had an emergency that day.
The grab driver telling me this story said that on that day he was having a slow morning.
4 short trips only. Each trip about RM 8.
Then suddenly this trip came through worth Rm 800! Jackpot!
He told me he believes there is always enough rezeki out there for him. Just follow whatever that Grab gives him. He doesn’t reject any trip, he doesn’t turn off the KLIA function in the morning.
If he didn’t do that 4 short trips that morning he wouldn’t have been in the Mont Kiara area to pick up the Datuk.
It’s a great reminder for me that at work sometimes we have to do the small tasks, the small projects first. To show the management that we have what it takes.
Then one day, a big project will land in our lap, and the chance for your career to take off.
