I can tell who prepared and who didn’t prepare for an interview.
It’s very obvious from the answers.
Even though I published my interview questions, many still don’t know how to answer them and give wishy-washy answers.
Interview selalunya sejam je. Jadi bukannya banyak sangat soalan yg boleh ditanya.
So usually one of these questions mesti kena tanya
– Tell me about yourself
– Why are you the best candidate for the job?
– Tell me one big achievement that you are proud of?
– Tell me about a project that failed and what did you learn from that?
– Tell me 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses
– Why do you want this role?
– What do you want to work for Company X?
– Why do you want to leave your current job?
– What’s your 5 year plan?
– Do you have any questions?
If you are going for a manager’s role, there will be additional set of questions of course.
So make sure you prepare la your answers.
Choose your success stories beforehand. Know the facts and figures of your achievements. Be ready to share your weaknesses and failures. Write it down and memorise them and on the interview day be confident when delivering your answers.
Interview memang tough if you don’t prepare.
Make it easier by preparing for it.
