Before you send your CV in, ask yourself these 3 questions.
First, is it attractive enough?
How many people are applying for this job that you want? It could be 20, it could be 50 or mungkin 100 orang! How are you making sure that your CV is attractive enough to make it to the top 10 so that you can get the call for an interview?
Second, is it easily readable?
The hiring manager is just human like you and me. We are all a bit lazy. They will scan your CV first before deciding to read it in full. How are you making sure that your CV is easily readable to make the hiring manager want to read it more?
Third, is it concise?
The hiring manager doesn’t know you. He doesn’t know which are minor achievements and which are the major achievements. How are you making sure that your CV is concise enough and tak berjela-jela so that it’s obvious what are your major achievements?
So before you send the CV in, ask yourself these 3 questions
