My advice is to start planning to be awesome for the next annual appraisal.
Usually what the managers are looking for, are the work that is beyond your current work.
Not simply just doing 105% or 110% of your current work
So could be a new innovative project.
Could be a project that runs across several departments.
Could be running a CSR project for the company.
Have to think beyond just doing what you do.
