One hour became 2 hours also in today’s webinar. I went a little bit faster today but in the end it still took 2 hours because they were many many questions from the participants. It was totally fine for me because I love talking haha and I like to share about my experiences.
Today I was also asked about how to do salary negotiation and my general advice is to always negotiate. At least ask once for a higher amount. Never ask, never get right? But then if the salary offer is still not to your expectation then only you yourself can decide whether the overall package plus the future opportunities is worth changing job for. You have to weigh the pros and cons yourself.
