I went to see what my primary school looks like now.
Sekolah Kebangsaan Batu 4 Jalan Ipoh
I used to walk to school from Batu Kentomen Army Camp or sometimes I tumpang my handsome dad’s army truck.
And when we moved to Kepong, I didn’t change school.
Hari-hari I naik either Bas Selangor 143 or Bas Mini no 31.
The school hasn’t changed much. Looks very old. Uzur dah nampak.
Has been painted over many times for sure. Some art work here and there to hide the defects.
There is now a security team guarding the school.
Makcik Salina is one of them and she has been there for 5 years.
Dia punya shift dari 7pagi sampai 7malam, 7 hari seminggu.
No days off. Is that even legal?
Visiting the school brought so many memories back.
Happy ones when life was more carefree.
